The owner - Prahash - is a passionate coffee grower who practices traditional processing methods solely with ripe cherries. The aroma and taste give a sense of milk chocolate and peanut. Its body is fine and sweet, while the acidity is low. (6)80581 Kenya AA Berco NEW 210 g 0.5 kg Berco Estate is located in the Nyeri region of Kenya at an altitude of 1800 m. Farmer David Kamau grows the SL-28 and SL-34 varieties, which are known for their bright fruit character. The coffee is processed using a washed method that emphasises its purity and complex flavour. "AA" refers to the largest and finest graded beans from the Berco Estate. In aroma and taste you will discover black tea, carambola and pomegranate. The acidity is lively, the body rich. It is the product of the CAFÉCO (Cafetalero de La Concordia) cooperative, which brings together 540 small farmers. The cooperative is focused on sustainability, environmental friendliness and human health. It requires thorough training of growers. At the same time, it ensures that all coffee is produced in accordance with the rules of organic farming. In aroma and taste you will discover cocoa, peanut butter and green apple.
